Company History

• Signami formed in 2001 to address needs of the SIGINT community.
• Signami, LLC acquired by Compudyne Corporation, July 2006 Merged with Data Control Systems division in November 2006 - forming Signami-DCS
  - DCS was incorporated in the late 1950s.  Focused on telemetry systems.
• Acquired September 2007, by the Gores Group
• Renamed back to Signami, May 2009
