You may check to see if the Jungo device driver is loaded and being utilized by Windows, by going to your DEVICE MANAGER screen in Windows, while the SigDig IIu or III is connected via the network cable and the USB cable.  If you see the Jungo device entry and under it you see the SigDigIIu driver listed without any error indicator, then the driver has loaded correctly.

Check to make sure the USB cable is installed correctly at both ends.

• Substitute the USB cable if you think it may be defective.  A standard USB 2.0 A-B cable may be used.

If you do NOT see the Jungo device and SigDigIIu driver listed, you may try reloading the SigDigIIu device drivers.  Follow the instructions as shown below:

Installing USB Driver Files

• Go to the SigDig III Install folder
• Open the USBDriverFiles folder
• Click on and run the USBDriverInstall.bat file

This will install the two drivers required for the SigDigIII operation using the USB port

Command line prompts (as executed in the USBDriverInstall.bat file)

wdreg -inf windrvr6.inf install

wdreg -inf SigDig2u.inf install

Installing SIGNALWORKS with a Dongle requires two bits of information. First is the dongle hardware key ID; the second is the SIGNALWORKS license key. Both can be obtained from Signami if lost or misplaced.

Installation Instructions for Single User License:

1. Before starting the SignalWorks installation, it is highly recommended that you close all other applications. You may need to reboot at the end of the installation. You must have Administrator privilege to install SignalWorks.
2. If installing from CD, insert the SignalWorks CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive. Normally, the SignalWorks installation program will execute automatically within about 30 seconds. If it does not start automatically, or if you are installing the software from other than the CD-ROM, locate and start the program “InstallSelector ” in the CD or installation base directory.
3. Type the License Key above into the space provided. The License Key must be entered exactly as shown. Then click on the “Enter and Validate License Key” button.
4. If you have typed the License Key correctly, then a readable license will be shown. Click on the “Install Standalone” button.
5. Follow the instructions for the remainder of the SignalWorks installation. When complete, click the “Finish” button.
   Important: This license requires a Hardware Key (dongle) to operate. The following instructions tell you how to install the Hardware Key and its related driver.
6. Attach the Hardware Key to the USB port of your computer.
7. Run the program “\flexid8\flexid.exe” from the installation media. Click “Next” at the first prompt.
8. Reboot your system. Answer “Yes” and click “Finish” as the driver installation program completes.
9. If you selected the installation defaults, you will find the SignalWorks applications under “Program\SignalWorks” under the Start menu.

SIGDIGs are preset to IP Address 192.168.1.1

Phoenix system computer LAN settings are:
IP Address: 192.168.1.10
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

If you need to reset to these settings:

Ensure that the TCP/IP crossover cable is connected to both the computer and the SigDig.

Go to: 'START/Settings/Network and Dial-up Connections/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)/General
Use the following IP address:
IP Address: 192.168.1.10
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
